Your rest is our priority with overnight care.

But that doesn't mean we can't support your breastfeeding journey as well! We allow for you to establish breastfeeding in the early weeks while also maximizing the sleep you can get to recover.

Our Newborn Mom Packages include education so you can gain the skills and confidence in caring for your newborn.

Our postpartum doulas can help begin nighttime routines and habits that help transform your experience of nighttime parenting.

Newborn mom packages

Those first 40 days are amazing and so vital to recovery and establishing breastfeeding, yet we observe that many elements of feeding, sleep, and baby’s temperament come together and make sense between 6 - 8 weeks, and the value of intense nurturing continues until month 3 or 4 (that 4th trimester).

Our 8-week Newborn Mother packages ideally begin the first week after you welcome your baby into this world, yet can be started anytime during the 4th trimester.

Newborn Mom Premium Package:

Surround yourself through the joys and exhaustion of long days as you bond with your baby and focus on rest!

Investment for 128 hours of support across 8 weeks - $5600

One prenatal visit to discuss birth & postpartum plans
Two 8-hour overnight sessions weekly for 8 weeks
Two week retainer ($1400) to hold your dates with just
$700 due weekly for weeks 2-7
Support by text/email throughout the 8 weeks

Newborn Mom Essential Package:

Get the support you need the first 8 weeks of your baby's life. **You have the ability to add on overnights as needed.

Investment for 64 hours of support across 8 weeks - $2800

One prenatal visit to discuss birth & postpartum plans
One 8-hour overnight session weekly for 8 weeks
Two week retainer ($700) to hold your dates with just

Our postpartum doulas help you manage daily life with a newborn by coaching you on how to care and feed your baby, while also supporting your recovery, rest, and nourishment.

We adapt our support to your changing needs:

~ Holding baby so YOU can eat or shower

~ Prepping food for meals

~ Baby laundry, light housekeeping
