I have been a dedicated doula for 3 years, inspired by the profound experience of witnessing my sister deliver her second child. I am certified through the Academy of Certified Birth Educators and provide both birth and postpartum support to ensure that every mother’s journey is memorable and empowering.
In Greek, the word doula means “woman servant” or “female helper,” which perfectly aligns with my mission: to serve and support mothers, wherever they choose to give birth. Whether you’re planning a home birth or a hospital delivery, I am here to make sure you feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way.
Outside of my work as a doula, I’m newly married and loving this sweet season of building a life and home with my husband. I’ve always had a heart for people—I’ve worked as a caregiver in both home and hospice settings, cared for my special-needs brother, and have always loved babysitting my nieces and nephews. These roles have deeply shaped my nurturing spirit and strengthened my passion for supporting families in every stage of life.
I’m also a big fan of strong coffee, long walks, and creative outlets like baking, cooking, and painting. I find joy in the little things—especially caring for my houseplants and spending time in the garden.
Caring for others is more than a job—it’s who I am, and there’s nothing more meaningful to me than walking alongside mamas as they bring their precious babies into the world.
I’m excited to continue serving mamas on their unique journeys—and I would be honored to support you!
